Restaurant Supervisor: Eligible applicants must have experience in some aspect of food and beverage management. Positive, ambitious professional responsible for training and supervising wait staff. Strength in up-selling products. Coordination with General Manager and Executive Chef. Preparing and enforcing cost effective staff schedules. Ensuring customer oriented ‘sequence of service’ atmosphere. Enforcing cleanliness and high facility standards in addition to a positive atmosphere for employees and patrons. Salary is DOE depending on qualifications and performance.
Line Cook: Eligible applicants must have some experience in this position and an understanding of food preparation, quality and portion control. Works at the direction of the Executive Chef.
Prep Cook: Eligible applicants must have some experience in this position and an understanding of food preparation, quality and portion control. Works at the direction of the Executive Chef.
Host/Hostess: Controls flow of dining room operations during each meal. Cashier experience. Executech point of sale experience preferred although not required. Management of restaurant reservations and good telephone skills. Works at the direction of the Restaurant Manager. Must hold current Alaska TAMS training program card.
Waitstaff: Experience preferred. Must have pleasing personality and desire for ultimate guest satisfaction. Up-selling of additional products and services required. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain calm and professional manner. Must be at least 21 years old for Dinner service and have current TAMS training program card.
Breakfast Attendants: Attend to the needs of customers in the breakfast dining room and maintain stocking of items on the breakfast buffet. Must have pleasing personality and desire for ultimate guest satisfaction.
Bartender: Responsible for beverage service to guest, bar set-up and pour costs. Must maintain and be accountable for inventory. Some limited food service may be required. Must have experience. Must hold current Alaska TAMS training program card.
Busperson: Maintains cleanliness of dining room and attends to guest needs. Assist waitstaff with non-alcoholic beverage services. Assist dishwasher when needed. Clear and re-set tables. Works at the direction of the host/hostess.
Dishperson: Wash dishes and clean kitchen under the direction of the Chef. Responsible for detailed cleaning of floors, counters and all work surfaces at the end of each shift.
